Attend pre-bid meetings and weekly meetings related to projects. Identify the scope of work from bid documents and provide estimate using various software. Draft proposals for the project. Deal with sub-contractors for pricing, track job costs and create invoices for ongoing projects. Execution of all related paperwork during the ongoing projects such as change orders, submittal packages and ticket logs. Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.
